Welcome to The Community Partnership Family Resource Center.

The Community Partnership Family Resource Center (CPFRC) is a 501 (C) (3) non-profit organization serving Teller County families since 1992. Our vision for the community is that "all Teller County families be self-reliant and fully functional, and making positive contributions to our community." CPFRC is governed by a nine member Board of Trustees that has adopted the following mission for the organization: Mission: Within Teller County, strengthen family structures by (1) providing innovative high quality CPFRC core services, (2) collaborating with and referring clients to services outside CPFRC’s core services and (3) providing fiscal services to community initiatives that strategically further our vision.
